CLF-CP350 Profile L-Joint Laminating Machine: This machine coats two wooden profiles or similar materials with EVA or PUR reactive hot-melt adhesive and then presses them together to form a single L-shaped profile; It is capable of producing L-shaped door architraves, L-shaped furniture edging (for kitchen units and wardrobes) and L-shaped decorative mouldings, thereby effectively addressing the issues of low efficiency, poor precision and inconsistent results associated with traditional manual assembly of L-shaped mouldings.

This machine consists of a frame, an operation panel, substrate feeding, sheet feeding, air knife dust removal, substrate heating, scraper device, feeding and gluing mechanism, height adjustment mechanism, alignment device, pressing device, and conveying system. It can achieve automatic feeding of substrates and sheets, and continuous assembly production.
