FAQ

Q: How many workpieces can be loaded at once using the automatic loading system? Is frequent manual loading required?

A: The automatic loading station can accommodate workpieces stacked to a height of 300 mm at a time. There is no need for frequent manual reloading; during batch production, operators only need to replenish the stock periodically, significantly reducing the workload.

Q: Is there a risk of misalignment between the main and side lines during lamination?

A: No. The machine’s side-line adhesive applicator is equipped with independent speed control, and the adhesive roller features a pressure zone, enabling the speeds of the main and side lines to be synchronised. This ensures they are aligned during lamination without misalignment, resulting in excellent consistency in the finished products.
