FAQ

Q: What is the difference between the roll-coating laminating line and the previous PUR laminating machine?

A: They utilise different adhesive processes:

  • This roll-coating line uses white latex adhesive, which is more cost-effective and suitable for standard indoor products with lower weather resistance requirements, offering better value for money.

  • The previous PUR flat-laminating machine utilised PUR reactive hot-melt adhesive, which offers superior weather resistance and remains bonded between -40 and 140°C, making it suitable for high-end or outdoor products. You may select the appropriate machine based on your product requirements and cost considerations. For standard indoor products, this white latex adhesive machine offers better value for money; for high-end or outdoor applications, the PUR machine is the better choice.
